financial obligations and quoting

Travelander International Unit Trust has a flexible payment structure to meet your needs and is as follows:-

Travelander International Unit Trust shall provide the client with a detailed quotation. No work can commence on a job until the quotation has been agreed to and signed by the client and returned to Travelander. In the event that the scope of the project changes or significant client changes are made once a job has commenced; we reserve the right to re-quote the job and once again receive client approval before proceeding. Upon client approval, the quotation acts as a sales order and a computer generated copy will be presented to the client before commencement of the job.

Prices quoted are subject to change and Travelander International Unit Trust reserves the right to update or alter the pricing structure at any time. Once your order has been signed it becomes a legally binding contract and the price may not be varied or cancelled.

Quotations are only valid for 3 months. The formulation of quotes is based on Travelander International Unit Trust achieving operational efficiencies by completing the project within a reasonable period from the clients’ sales order approval. Delays from the client in completing the project within the scheduled time frame may result in additional charges.

In the event of a default on these terms, Travelander International Unit Trust reserves the right to hold the purchased product until the account is finalised and / or take necessary action to recover payment of fees. Any costs incurred in doing so will be passed on to the client.
