Warranty Procedure

Travelander has a warranty procedure that must be followed when claiming warranty.

 

  • Please contact your dealer from where you purchased the camper from, they will be able to direct you on what to do next, have your Invoice number ready.
  • If you are unable to take the camper back to where you purchased it from, have photos ready to email to your dealer.
  • The dealer will then contact our service department.
  • Our service team can then recommend a repairer closest to you.
  • The repairer must provide the Travelander service team with a quote which should be sent to service@travelander.com.au, this quote must be approved before any warranty repair work can be started.
